We offer a 30-day return guarantee on PawTrim Pro. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Returns

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging required
  • Proof of purchase required

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos

We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used items
  • Items not in original condition
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
